Safety features are increasingly important in a car. The existence of these features can protect and minimize the risk when an incident occurs. The latest Veloz also gets upgraded safety features but is not available on the regular Toyota Avanza.

For new safety features, now at the highest Veloz there is a reverse camera and a two-point parking sensor on the rear bumper which is painted the same color as the body. Even cooler, in the head unit there is a guidance line and there is a parking sensor indicator.

For those of you who hope that the vehicle stability control feature on the new Avanza and Veloz, you will be disappointed with Toyota. Because even in Veloz, which is the highest variant, this feature is still missing.

The rest, the safety features on the Toyota Veloz are still the same as before. These include dual airbags standard across all variants, with ABS and EBD brakes. Seat with ISOFIX seats, then three-point seatbelt for the second row middle passenger, immobilizer, as well as a front passenger seatbelt reminder.

Regarding safety features, there is nothing special on the Avanza, especially the 1.3 types. The features are fairly standard, as provided by Toyota in all its cars.

The features on the Avanza include two front airbags, front ventilation disc brakes and rear drum brakes with ABS and EBD brake systems. Furthermore, features such as ISOFIX mounts on the rear seats, three-point seatbelt for each passenger, lock with immobilizer and front passenger seatbelt reminders.

As the best-selling variant, Avanza Veloz 1.3 actually doesn’t have as many safety features as Avanza 1.5 or Veloz. You name it, the Avanza 1.3 G has a black two-point parking sensor, but in type 1.3 E there is none.

In addition, of course, there are no parking cameras. If you want a parking camera, you should choose Veloz 1.5 instead of Avanza. Well, can you compare it if the safety features on the Veloz are more complete than the Toyota Avanza?
